but that doesn’t mean that you
completely

BARE/
yourself
because that’s what being nude feels like
ultimately
but there’s another type of bare
because without clothes you are
mainly

UNADORNED/
only yourself
nothing fancy to hide behind or beneath
not that any human ever needs it
there’s too much beauty within
because even if you feel like it
you are never

UNARMED, DEFENSELESS/
because your beauty
is not defined by the skin on your bones
its perfections or imperfections
and neither is your soul
so in that way being
